迫力ある虎の顔を細部まで緻密に表現した通称「タイガーヘッド」と呼ばれる絵柄のエイジングモデル。ベースとしたのは1950年代前期のヴィンテージで、胸も背中も虎モチーフのみで構成された「これぞスカジャン」といえる正統派のスタイル。そこに加工を施すことで購入時からこなれた風合いに仕上がっており、スカジャン初心者から玄人まで納得の出来映え。

 

対してリバーシブル面は胸も背中も龍のモチーフで構成。雲間に見え隠れする龍の巨大な体躯を背中全面に描いている。ピンクの色糸を使った龍の刺繍は加工により程良く褪色した赤いアセテートの風合いとマッチしているが、雲には敢えてネイビーの刺繍糸を使うことで色のコントラストを強調している。

The aging model of the jacket commonly known as “Tiger Head,” depicting the impressive tiger’s face in detail. Produced based on the vintage Sukajan of which embroidery artworks in the jacket are all tiger-head, which is regarded as an orthodox style of Sukajan.

The reverse side also consists of only single motif, dragon. The aging process helps soften the brightness of shiny body color of the acetate fabric, but sharpen the luster of embroidery threads of rayon, which is a charming contrast.
